    Refund Policy

Effective date: February 2026 · Prepared for professional legal review

    In short

    • Refunds are set, decided, and funded by the event organizer — not by KingdomTix.
    • Unless the organizer's event page says otherwise, all sales are final.
    • KingdomTix service fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
    • Contact the organizer first; we can help route your request but cannot issue refunds on their behalf.

    1. Who Is Responsible for Refunds

KingdomTix is a ticketing marketplace and technology provider. Every ticket is sold by the event organizer, and payment is charged directly to the organizer's own connected Stripe account. The organizer is the seller and merchant of record. ALL REFUNDS, CREDITS, EXCHANGES, AND COMPENSATION ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EVENT ORGANIZER. KingdomTix has no obligation to issue or fund any refund under any circumstances.

    2. All Sales Are Final by Default

Unless the organizer publishes a different refund policy on the event page, or applicable law requires otherwise, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Always review the organizer's refund policy before you buy.

    3. Cancelled, Postponed, or Changed Events

If an event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, shortened, oversold, altered, or never takes place, the organizer decides whether refunds or credits are offered and is solely responsible for funding them. KingdomTix is not liable for any organizer's failure or refusal to refund, including where an organizer is unresponsive or insolvent.

    4. Fees Are Non-Refundable

KingdomTix service fees and third-party payment processing fees are earned when the transaction completes and are non-refundable, including where the organizer refunds the ticket price or the event does not occur.

    5. How to Request a Refund

    1. Review the refund policy shown on the event page.
    2. Contact the event organizer using the contact details on that page or in your confirmation email.
    3. If you cannot reach the organizer, email support@kingdomtix.org. We can help route your request, but the decision and the funds remain the organizer's.

    6. Duplicate Charges and Platform Errors

If you believe a technical error on our platform caused a duplicate charge, contact support@kingdomtix.org promptly. We will review available transaction records and coordinate with the organizer where appropriate.

    7. Chargebacks

Because KingdomTix is not the seller, chargebacks are disputes between you, the organizer, and your card issuer. Organizers are financially responsible for all chargebacks, reversals, and related fees arising from their sales and must reimburse KingdomTix for any amount charged back to or withheld from us. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation, account suspension, and collection or legal action.

    8. Organizer Obligations

Organizers must publish an accurate refund policy, honor it, comply with all consumer protection and event ticketing laws in their jurisdiction, and maintain sufficient funds to satisfy refunds. Organizers indemnify KingdomTix in full for refund and chargeback liability, as set out in our Terms of Service.

    9. Relationship to Our Terms

This Refund Policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service, including the disclaimers, release, limitation of liability, and arbitration provisions. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
