1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use KingdomTix, we collect account and contact information; event, ticket, attendee, RSVP, waiver, support, marketing-consent, and organizer information; transaction and payment status from Stripe; and technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, timestamps, logs, and attribution data. Stripe processes full payment-card and connected-account details under its own terms.
2. Notice at collection and purposes
We use information to create and secure accounts, publish and administer events, process orders, deliver and validate tickets, support check-in, process organizer-directed refunds, prevent fraud, respond to support and privacy requests, maintain records, comply with law, and send marketing only where consent or another lawful basis permits. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for these purposes, including transaction, tax, fraud, dispute, safety, audit, and legal obligations.
3. Disclosure
Attendee and order information is shared with the relevant event organizer for event administration. Organizers act independently for their use of attendee information. We also disclose information to service providers supporting hosting, email, payments, security, and operations; to professional advisers; during a business transaction; or when lawfully required.
4. Sale and cross-context behavioral advertising
KingdomTix does not sell personal information, and KingdomTix does not run its own advertising pixels. An event organizer may choose to add their own Meta Pixel or Google Analytics 4 ID to their event. On that event's page, RSVP and checkout, and only if you allow marketing cookies (Meta) or analytics cookies (Google) in Cookie settings, your browser sends that organizer's Meta or Google account events such as page views, RSVPs, checkout starts and purchases, with the event and order value. We do not send your name or email, and we turn off Meta's automatic form scanning. The organizer controls that data under their own privacy policy and Meta's or Google's terms. Where state law treats this as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, it happens only after you opt in, and you can withdraw at any time in Cookie settings or with a Global Privacy Control signal. This technology does not run in the KingdomTix mobile apps.
5. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and subject to exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, limitation, or information about disclosure, and may opt out of eligible sale or sharing. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights. Submit a privacy request or email privacy@kingdomtix.org. We may verify your identity and an authorized agent's authority before acting.
6. Account deletion
An account deletion request does not necessarily delete every record immediately. We may retain records needed for transactions, taxes, fraud prevention, chargebacks, security, legal claims, and audit obligations. Event organizers may separately retain information they received as independent controllers.
7. Children
KingdomTix is not directed to children under 13. Event waivers may collect a minor attendee's information and guardian consent when an organizer requires it. A parent or guardian who believes information was collected improperly should contact privacy@kingdomtix.org.
8. Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
9. Cookies and communications
See the Cookie Policy for current browser-storage practices. Transactional messages provide accounts, tickets, receipts, security, event, support, and service information. Marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn using an unsubscribe link.
